Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Technical Program Manager to independently lead delivery of complex cross-team initiatives. You will translate end-to-end technical solutions into practical program structures, align priorities, and deliver measurable value for Booking.com employees and internal customers.

This is an individual-contributor role focused on TPM delivery, spanning multiple teams within a track or product group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product, project, program or technical program management.
• Evidence of personally leading an end-to-end technical program lifecycle.
• Technical fluency to understand system components and requirements.
• Strong delivery-management capability and useful progress metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technically complex, cross-team programs across tracks or product groups.
• Translate problems and designs into clear delivery milestones and value slices.
• Create outcome-based plans with realistic governance and metrics.
• Identify risks, dependencies and ownership across workstreams and communicate updates.
