Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Senior Technology Product Manager to define and drive the reliability and platform strategy for an SRE team spanning Booking.com’s internal platform, AWS, and GCP. You will manage integrations with external partners including whitelabel solutions, APIs, digital advertising, and social platforms.

The role emphasizes strong technical fluency, stakeholder management, and delivering scalable, cost-optimized marketing systems with high reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Machine learning experience.
• Experience with multiple customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, analytics, story mapping).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive reliability and architecture strategy for marketing infrastructure across internal, AWS, and GCP.
• Define the north star vision for platforms and tooling related to failover, capacity, chaos engineering, observability, incident management, and resilience automation.
• Align priorities across three Marketing departments, balancing customer acquisition goals with reliability and cost optimization.
• Own team-level objectives and act as fluent spokesperson across organizational boundaries.
• Lead blameless post-mortems and drive architectural improvements to reduce MTTR.
