Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an Enterprise ITAM and EOL Technical Programme Manager to turn a complex enterprise programme into measurable results. You will coordinate delivery across ServiceNow and inventory systems, ensuring ownership, data quality and lifecycle management across infrastructure, cloud and enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional technology programmes across multiple teams and units.
• Experience managing integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Understanding of IT Asset Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, software lifecycle management, cloud governance or technology risk.
• Ability to translate technical dependencies into clear delivery actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, organised and outcome-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Translate the ITAM and EOL roadmap into an integrated delivery plan with clear outcomes, milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across ServiceNow, enterprise inventory systems, systems of record and the teams that own them.
• Manage programme scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and Business Unit commitments.
• Establish effective governance, reporting and delivery routines.
• Maintain visibility of progress against outcomes, including coverage, ownership, data quality, remediation and assurance.
• Coordinate adoption of ITAM and EOL processes across BHFS and other agreed priority areas.
• Work with Platform Owners, Service Owners and Business Units on ownership, attestation, remediation and exception management.
• Support prioritisation of the highest-risk and most business-critical asset and service domains.
• Escalate blockers and ownership gaps, ensuring decisions are made at the right level.
• Support the transition of delivered processes and controls into sustainable BAU ownership.
