Job summary

Booking.com seeks a Senior Technology Product Manager to define and drive the reliability and platform strategy for a complex SRE‑driven product portfolio across internal platforms, AWS, and GCP. You will oversee integrations with white‑label sites, ad networks, APIs, and social platforms while balancing growth with cost control.

You will manage roadmaps across three marketing departments, champion chaos engineering, and ensure resilient, scalable services with strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Machine learning experience.
• Experience with multiple customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, analytics, story mapping)

Responsibilities

• Define, drive, and execute the reliability and platform strategy for marketing infrastructure across internal, AWS, and GCP environments.
• Own long‑term roadmaps across multiple teams with significant technical and product complexity.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to make build, buy, or partner decisions.
• Understand deployable, scalable architectures across AWS and GCP and embed debt repayment into roadmaps.
• Manage multi‑tenant data pipelines and integrations with advertising partners.
