Job summary

NTS in Nijmegen, Netherlands, is seeking a Project Manager to lead opto-mechanical projects from quotation to delivery and to bridge customers with internal teams, ensuring QLTC targets are met.

You will drive planning, risks and changes, coordinate manufacturing, supply chain, quality and engineering, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement. Dutch and English fluency are required, with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset to deliver high-tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in project management within a high-tech manufacturing, mechatronics or high-tech systems environment.
• Strong affinity with manufacturing processes and operational project execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic, hands-on and result-driven mindset.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from quotation and order intake through manufacturing and delivery.
• Define, monitor and achieve agreed QLTC targets together with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and engineering.
• Manage project planning, risks, changes and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project execution and resolve operational and technical challenges to ensure successful delivery.
