Responsibilities

• Drive growth for Battery Charger and DC Distribution through product strategy and market positioning.
• Execute product strategy and collaborate with engineering to move development from concept to launch.
• Own and create hands‑on marketing content: presentations, datasheets, notes, and launch materials.
• Define product positioning and translate features into customer value propositions.
• Lead product launches, including sales training and go-to-market prep.
• Assess market trends and customer needs to guide product enhancements.
• Act as a central connector between engineering, sales, and marketing to align teams.
• Manage product certifications and quality processes.
