Job summary

Victron Energy is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive battery charger and DC distribution products from concept to launch. You will bridge technology, market needs and customers, guiding development with engineering, sales and marketing teams.

Based at multiple locations (Almere, Eindhoven or Groningen), you will own project delivery, certifications and lifecycle planning while identifying cost-saving improvements and coordinating field tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or related technical field.
• Proven experience as an engineer developing hardware/software products.
• Experience in product management, certifications or launches is valuable.
• Ability to analyse technical challenges and translate findings into actions.
• Excellent communication across engineering, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Start and manage new product development projects.
• Collaborate with engineers on hardware, firmware and technical solutions.
• Translate technical benefits into clear customer value.
• Prepare product launches with datasheets, application notes and training materials.
• Guide product lifecycle including End of Life solutions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Support field tests and certifications.
