Job summary

Victron Energy seeks a Technical Product Manager for Battery Chargers and DC Distribution to lead development and market launches of new solutions. In an engineering-driven, fast-moving environment, the role combines deep technical ownership with hands-on commercial execution.

You will drive product strategy, collaborate with engineering, create marketing content, and lead launches while ensuring certifications and quality processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in energy storage, batteries, or power electronics.
• Experience as an engineer and knowledge of battery technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for Battery Charger and DC Distribution portfolio through product strategy and market positioning.
• Execute product strategy and work closely with engineering to drive development from concept to launch.
• Own and create hands-on marketing content, including presentations, datasheets, application notes, and launch materials.
• Define product positioning and translate technical features into clear customer value propositions.
• Lead product launches, including sales training and go-to-market preparation.
• Assess market trends and customer needs to guide product enhancements.
• Operate as a central connector between engineering, sales, and marketing, actively aligning teams and driving execution.
• Manage product certifications and quality processes.
