Qualifications

• Technical background to discuss solutions with engineers.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or related field.
• Experience as an engineer; showcase projects and problem solving.
• Experience in product management, including development, certification or launches.
• Knowledge of electrical/power/embedded engineering.
• Able to analyze technical challenges and turn findings into actions.
• Curious, proactive, resilient in solving challenges.
• Clear communication across engineering, sales and marketing.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Start and manage new product development projects.
• Collaborate with engineers on hardware, firmware, and solutions.
• Research product positioning and articulate customer value.
• Prepare launches with datasheets, notes and training materials.
• Use customer feedback and market trends to improve products.
• Manage product certifications and quality processes.
• Guide lifecycle including End of Life solutions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Support field tests and vendor interactions.
