Job summary

Talentmark in Breda, Netherlands, seeks an Equipment Operator for a GMP-regulated biotech production line. You will ensure production equipment runs reliably, monitor lines, perform changeovers, and document production data to maintain quality standards.

You will troubleshoot issues, follow SOPs, and collaborate with production and quality teams. English fluency is required; 3- and 5-shift flexibility is expected, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• MBO technical education and/or relevant experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Technical and analytical thinking.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work independently on minor technical issues.

Responsibilities
