Job summary

VistaPrint in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive and proactive maintenance on printing machines, troubleshoot faults, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations. You will train teammates and collaborate with other maintenance teams to maintain high uptime and optimize production processes.

The role requires a technical background, willingness to work a 4-shift system, and readiness to undertake certifications such as NEN3140 and VOP.

The Digital team is a key part of our manufacturing facility, focusing on the specialized printing and finishing of a wide range of products. We are a technically skilled and collaborative group dedicated to ensuring our machines run efficiently to produce high-quality, customized items for our customers.

What You Will Do

Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on our printing machines to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot first-line malfunctions and resolve technical issues based on established error lists.

Verify the quality of maintenance work performed by others, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Test new improvements and updates, helping to optimize our production processes.

Train and instruct new team members and colleagues on machine operation, maintenance, and adjustments.

Actively contribute to our safety & health program, ensuring safety is a top priority in all daily activities.

Collaborate closely with other Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless production.
