Job summary

VistaPrint in the Netherlands seeks a Technical Operator Digital to maintain and service our printing machines in a 4-shift operation. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot first-line issues, and ensure safe, compliant production.

You will train new team members, test improvements, and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Do you have a technical background or hands-on experience working with machines?
• Are you able to work in a 4-shift system?
• Are you willing to complete relevant certifications such as NEN3140, VOP, and machine-specific training?

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on our printing machines to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot first-line malfunctions and resolve technical issues based on established error lists.
• Verify the quality of maintenance work performed by others, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
• Test new improvements and updates, helping to optimize our production processes.
• Train and instruct new team members and colleagues on machine operation, maintenance, and adjustments.
• Actively contribute to our safety & health program, ensuring safety is a top priority in all daily activities.
• Collaborate closely with other Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless production.
