Job summary

Network Innovations is seeking a Technical Manager for the Netherlands (Eersel) to lead the Dutch technical team, oversee operations, and align technical work with Sales and Project Management. The role mixes hands-on support with strategic people management.

You will drive service excellence, maintain quality standards, and mentor staff while coordinating with stakeholders across the business. Office-based with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or operational management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, collaborative attitude with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Dutch technical team to deliver excellent service.
• Participate in daily operations and provide hands-on support.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with SMEs for resolution.
• Oversee processes, docs, and procedures within the team.
• Manage the department budget and optimize resources.
• Support maintenance and improvement of ISO certifications.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management on planning.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Monitor workload, performance, and development needs.
• Represent the department in internal meetings and with customers/suppliers.
