Job summary

NTS in Drachten is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the local sales team and oversee commercial activities. In this role, you will combine leadership with hands-on involvement in daily sales, ensuring the team meets targets while directly contributing to customer proposals and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a high-tech environment and the ability to effectively communicate in both Dutch and English. A competitive salary of €5,500 to €7,000 gross per month is offered, along with benefits such as extensive vacation days, a personal bonus scheme, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a commercial (managerial) role in a high-tech environment.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or ultra-precise machining is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
