Job summary

PVH Corp. Amsterdam campus is seeking a Technical Developer to translate creative concepts into technically feasible garments, overseeing fit, construction and production standards through the seasonal critical path.

The role supports pattern development and contributes to new pattern solutions for Runway & Collaborations, collaborating with Design, Product Development and supplier partners on technical requirements and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent practical experience in Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, Pattern Cutting or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in technical garment development across one or more product categories.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading and technical product development.
• Experience working with PLM systems.
• Strong pattern‑making skills and ability to modify/maintain patterns.
• Experience with Gerber pattern development software is a plus; 3D tools like Browzwear are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end technical development of garments from concept through production.
• Translate design direction into accurate technical specifications and construction requirements.
• Participate in fit sessions with Design and Product Development; provide technical recommendations.
• Document fit decisions and development updates in the PLM system with traceability.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, construction details and development information in PLM.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Supply Chain and suppliers to meet technical requirements and timelines.
• Analyze fit, construction and workmanship issues and evaluate impact of changes on production feasibility.
• Assist in‑house development activities, garment analysis and sample reviews for fit/construct validation.
• Support sample readiness, technical reviews, reporting and 3D development where appropriate.
• Independently manage multiple seasonal projects with changing priorities and milestones.
