Overview

Technical Developer - Fashion Retail (Womenswear Denim & Wovens) — Amsterdam | 3-month secondment (with possible extension) | 40 hours/week

A leading fashion retail company is seeking a Technical Product Developer with strong pattern cutting and technical garment development expertise to support two key womenswear projects in denim and wovens.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine core pattern blocks (shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, denim)
• Lead fit assessments and sample fittings
• Collaborate with design, product development, and merchandising teams
• Ensure accurate grading and PLM updates
• Build and maintain a clear, accessible pattern library
