Job summary

PVH Corp. in Amsterdam is seeking a senior Product Development professional to ensure end-to-end product quality, margins and sustainability across the development cycle.

You will partner with design, merchandising, supply value chain, and planning teams to drive proactive improvements and timely decisions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fashion product development, a degree in fashion/textiles, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fashion/product development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fashion, textiles or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to collaborate across design, merchandising, sourcing and planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and achieve margin and sustainability targets across development.
• Attend key meetings (raw materials, proto review, price) and advise on improvements.
• Manage product development processes and sign-off styles.
• Maintain data accuracy and timeliness in PLM systems.
• Collaborate with design and supply value chain to meet brand and product expectations.
