Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking a highly organized Junior Product Developer to support the Product team from initial development to final product. You will ensure technical information is correct and updated, check samples, and assist in preparing for reviews.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in apparel Product Development or related roles, with knowledge of tech packs and garment development. The role offers a hybrid work model in Amsterdam and opportunities to grow within a fast‑growing brand.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience within apparel Product Development, Production, or a closely related role.
• Good understanding of apparel terminology, tech packs, and garment development process.
• Experience or understanding of garments and sample checking; garment measurement knowledge a plus.
• Experience with PLM system is valuable; WFX experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Developers through the development process, owning day-to-day activities.
• Check, update, and maintain tech packs and technical documentation for Developer reviews.
• Support sample management and fittings, receive/measure samples, update documentation.
• Assist with product information in PLM.
• Prepare for reviews by pre-checking garments with a proactive approach.
• Coordinate development activities from sample shipments to other hands‑on tasks.
• Collaborate with Design and Product team to ensure a structured, efficient development process.
