Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. is seeking a Head of Technical to lead the end-to-end technical function across product development, sourcing and delivery.

You will embed standards for fit, grading, materials, testing, quality and sustainability, ensuring a single source of truth through the Technical Toolbox and driving on-time market readiness with supplier readiness and governance. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in garment construction, materials and product development,

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in fashion retail or lingerie
Deep expertise in garment construction, fit, grading and materials
Strong knowledge of quality, testing and product development processes
Experience with supplier onboarding, governance and go-to-market execution
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical standards

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the end-to-end Technical function across product development, sourcing and delivery
Embed technical excellence in fit, grading, materials, testing and sustainability
Govern, adopt and continuously improve the Technical Toolbox as the single source of truth
Drive on-time product delivery through milestones, approvals and supplier readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize cost, quality and speed to market
Build technical capability, culture and leadership across a multidisciplinary team
Influence senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with CSR/ESG requirements
