The ideal candidate speaks Hebrew and English, with 2+ years in a B2B customer service role, and can thrive in a fast-paced hybrid office environment (3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• Excellent to native communication skills in Hebrew (written and verbal).
• Fluent English language skills both verbally and written.
• Technically literate with affinity for technical products.
• Preferably 2 years in a B2B customer service department.
• Strong initiative, adaptability, professional attitude.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Technical knowledge and support of all Extron products.
• Issue and follow-up on quotations.
• Handle customer requests.
• Develop and maintain close relationships and contact with dealer base.
• Coordinate the Extron School attendees each month (lunches/dinners with customers).
• Participate in customer events (lunches/dinners during visits, tradeshows, roadshows).
