Overview

We are currently supporting a key client with the urgent requirement for a ServiceNow IRM Technical Consultant to join on a freelance basis. This is an initial 3-month engagement with strong potential for extension, working in a hybrid setup (3 days remote / 2 days onsite in Rotterdam).

The role will focus on the technical implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow IRM capabilities, supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation within IRM
• Support data modelling, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Security and IT teams
• Participate in workshops and provide technical best practice guidance
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and governance alignment
