Job summary

10x Team is seeking a Technical Co-founder / Founding Tech Lead to join a Europe-wide effort, with remote work and on-site collaboration in the Netherlands. You’ll start alongside your current work and help define milestones that grant ownership as we progress.

You’ll identify customer problems, build scalable solutions, and turn the strongest ideas into viable businesses, using data as the core differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Spot opportunities with me, challenge them, build them, and turn the strongest into businesses.
• Bring technical depth and the urge to make things happen.
• Move between customer conversations, product decisions and production issues.
• Be based in Europe and able to work together in the Netherlands regularly; we'll combine remote work with in-person sessions.
• Remuneration starts with milestone-based equity, with milestones and ownership terms agreed before we begin. Cash compensation follows once revenue supports it.
