What you need:

• The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Customer Interaction: The technician will facilitate customer resolutions and engage with supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.
• Technical Responsibilities: Responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting various operating systems (Windows and MAC) and applications, as well as providing support for printers and other hardware.
• Preventative Maintenance: The role involves performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers, along with remedial repairs on authorized peripheral equipment.

What you need:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
• Minimum of 18 months’ years of IT experience.
• Mobile device management, including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
• Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.
• Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
• Language & Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English; communicates
