Job summary

Accenture NL is seeking Banking Consultants to accelerate transformation for leading banks and financial institutions in the Netherlands. You will combine industry knowledge, analytics, and advisory skills to shape strategy and execution across the banking value chain.

We value experience in strategy consulting, a strong grasp of banking processes, and fluency in English and Dutch. The role offers hybrid collaboration, ongoing development, and exposure to innovative digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Services, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or a related environment.
Experience in strategy or management consulting with a focus on banking.

Responsibilities

Develop the banking business by advising clients from strategy to execution, identifying opportunities.
