We value experience in strategy consulting, a strong grasp of banking processes, and fluency in English and Dutch. The role offers hybrid collaboration, ongoing development, and exposure to innovative digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or a related environment.
• Experience in strategy or management consulting with a focus on banking.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape direction to help clients advance across strategic planning to daily operations.
• Develop the banking business by advising clients from strategy to execution, identifying opportunities.
• Leverage insights to support strategic decision making and create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver value and tangible outcomes for banks.
