Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineering Manager in Amsterdam to lead a team responsible for building and maintaining data platforms, pipelines, and analytics capabilities. You will shape the data engineering roadmap and collaborate with business and technology peers to deliver scalable solutions.

You will oversee data quality, governance, and security while guiding cloud-based architectures and modern engineering practices in an agile, product-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering or analytics engineering teams.
• Ability to coach and develop technical professionals.
• Expertise in modern data engineering and cloud-based data platforms.
• Hands-on SQL and data modelling.
• Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, analytics platforms, and data governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within agile or product-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data and analytics engineers.
• Define and drive the data engineering roadmap with stakeholders.
