Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Tech Lead for Global Data & Analytics Platform to steer multiple teams building organisation-wide data and analytics capabilities. You will connect technical decisions to business goals, foster an engineering culture, and ensure the platform serves users across the bank.

You will report to a Senior Tech Lead and collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects and stakeholders to align roadmaps, drive autonomously operating teams, and deliver continuous improvements in

Qualifications

At least 5 years of leadership experience in complex IT environments.
Experience managing 30–50 employees; specify scope in CV.
Knowledge of DevOps teams and scaled agile methods.
Experience with complex data environments, software development and tech management.
Experience guiding DevOps teams through organizational or technical transitions.
Proven ability to develop autonomous teams delivering high performance.
Affinity with digitalisation and cloud technology; business-level English.
Decisive, coaching-oriented leadership in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple teams working on the organisation-wide Global Data & Analytics Platform.
Align priorities, roadmaps and contributions to organisational objectives with the Product Owner and Solution Architect.
Initiate and implement process improvements while keeping teams engaged throughout changes and transitions.
