Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Tech Lead for Area Integration to steer four Integration platform squads spanning API Management, Event Streaming, File Transfer, MQ, and Workflow Automation. You will guard the integral IT approach, align delivery with the IT strategy, and drive operational excellence across the landscape.

Your leadership will shape vendor partnerships, platform evolution, and a high-performance engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Academic working level with senior leadership experience in complex IT environments.
• Proven experience leading DevOps teams in a scaled Agile setting.
• Strong people leadership skills, capable of managing roughly 30 offshore employees.

Responsibilities

• Guard the integral IT approach and connect Integration platform delivery with projects inside and outside the tribe.
• Lead technology in run, change, and innovation, including vendor management and platform evolution.
• Drive engineering excellence through hiring, coaching, standards, security, lifecycle management, and availability requirements.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, lifecycle, and availability standards.
• Promote clear integration patterns, robust self-service platforms, and cross-squad knowledge sharing.
