Job summary

Rabobank seeks a program manager to translate complex data ambitions into measurable business outcomes, steering a bank-wide data-management roadmap for 2026-2028. You will drive AI-ready data products and ensure governance across domains, collaborating with executives and transformation teams to deliver value.

You will report to the Head of COO Data Management and work with data owners, product owners, and technology leaders to accelerate data capabilities and risk-managed, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering bank-wide programmes with executive visibility.
• 10–12 years of experience leading complex transformation programmes in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of data management, data governance and data quality.
• Expertise in metadata, data lineage and data products.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.
• A Dutch work permit and residence are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across business and technology domains to embed data management requirements into processes, reporting and change initiatives.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders (also at executive level), product owners, transformation leads and technology representatives to achieve roadmap commitments.
• Prepare evidence-based steering materials and support executive decisions on priorities, investments, risks and regulatory commitments.
