Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Tech Lead for the Global Data & Analytics Platform to guide multiple teams, ensure collaboration, and align technical decisions with business objectives. This role emphasizes autonomy, continuous improvement, and a strong engineering culture within a diverse, global context.

You will report to a Senior Tech Lead and work in a hybrid setting, balancing data, governance, analytics, and platform stewardship across the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in comparable leadership roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience managing approximately 30 to 50 employees.
• Demonstrable knowledge of DevOps teams and working with scaled agile methods.
• Experience with complex data environments, software development and technology management.
• Demonstrable experience guiding DevOps teams through organisational or technical transitions.
• Proven results in developing autonomous teams that perform at a high level.
• Demonstrable affinity with digitalisation and cloud technology, combined with business-level English.
• Decisive and coaching-oriented, with the ability to balance interests and risks in a culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams working on the organisation-wide Global Data & Analytics Platform.
• Align priorities, roadmaps and contributions to organisational objectives with the Product Owner and Solution Architect.
• Initiate and implement process improvements while keeping teams engaged throughout changes and transitions.
