Job summary

Cognite is seeking a Tech Lead for the Supply Chain CoE in Amsterdam to own the technical spine of our enterprise AI-driven supply chain solution. You will model complex domain data, guide customers on graph/AI/UI stack adoption, and engineer deterministic playbooks with guardrails.

You will bridge C-level value conversations and hands-on data modeling and software design. You will lead collaborations across source-make-deliver domains, ensure robust testing and deployment, and drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• Fluency in industrial supply chain concepts and ISA-95/88, SCOR frameworks.
• 5–7 years in industrial supply chain and 5–7 years in pre-sales/solutions for enterprise software.
• Experience designing knowledge-graph data models and integrating structured/unstructured data.
• Hands-on Python and frontend development with strong CI/CD discipline.
• Ability to translate data/AI concepts for engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Align the CoE on high-impact use cases and deploy as demos or customer solutions.
• Lead customer modeling sessions for knowledge-graph data modeling at scale.
• Guide customers on graph/AI/UI stack adoption including integration patterns.
• Turn domain expertise into AI skills with fixed parameters and guardrails.
• Own testing/evaluation frameworks, and classify failures before updating logic.
• Support enterprise architecture reviews and quantify commercial impact.
