Job summary

Adyen is seeking a hands-on Tech Enablement Specialist focused on change and adoption. You will sit near Tech teams and help them adopt enablement tools and practices, moving from the proposed way to the actual ways of working at Adyen.

You will work closely with engineers, PMs, and PX, applying AI as a normal part of your workflow and designing practical support that accelerates delivery and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience helping Tech teams adopt new tools, practices, or ways of working.
• Ability to translate concepts into guides, templates, or learning paths.
• Hands-on experience planning small change and adoption activities.
• Comfort using AI as a thought partner to explore options and generate examples.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Tech audiences.

Responsibilities

• Move teams from the new way to how we actually do it at Adyen.
• Create practical support for day-to-day use and launch targeted interventions.
• Plan and run tailored change activities for Tech teams.
• Set up peer-to-peer formats so patterns spread across Tech.
• Run small adoption experiments and iterate from feedback.
• Use AI as a thinking partner in your work.
• Design upskilling interventions like learning sprints and practice labs.
• Identify ongoing topics from discovery work to solve the right problems.
