Job summary

Adyen in Amsterdam is seeking an Engineering Lead for Fleet Management to own the technical strategy for our global terminal fleet. You will drive automation for factory ordering, distribution, replacements, and reporting, building self-service tools so merchants can manage stores and devices independently.

You will lead the development of terminal configuration, ensure secure app signing and certificate deployment, and collaborate with the SVP of Payments and peers worldwide to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership building global teams.
• Experience hiring and managing an org of 25–50 engineers and setting engineering culture.
• Proficiency in Java or similar languages and designing scalable distributed systems.
• Experience in payments or logistics is a plus.
