Job summary

Adyen in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Brand Enablement Manager to own brand guidelines, design rules, and the management of digital assets. You will ensure on-brand content across teams and partners, enabling fast, consistent outputs.

You will lead tooling and workflows, scale operations, collaborate with Global Brand and regional teams, and bring a forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI tools while maintaining strong governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Creative/Brand/Design Operations.
• Experience enabling scalable brand assets and guidelines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Brand Governance: own guidelines and standards for Adyen’s output.
• Digital Asset Management: categorize and curate assets; manage DAM tooling.
• Creative Infrastructure: oversee tech stack and single sources of truth to scale solutions.
• Experience with hybrid/Matrix reporting structures.
