Qualifications

• Calm under pressure and able to maintain overview.
• Flexible shifts within operation.

Job description

Would you like to work in logistics while taking on more responsibility than a standard warehouse role? Are you someone who stays organized, supports colleagues, and enjoys getting things done?

As a Senior Employee Operations in Beverwijk, you play an important role in our daily operation. You ensure processes run smoothly, colleagues understand their responsibilities, and parcels are processed on time.

What will you do?

You help ensure that daily operations run efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating operational activities on the work floor.
• Loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels.
• Checking labels, documentation, and parcel flows.
• Investigating and resolving operational deviations.
• Training and onboarding new colleagues.
• Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity.
• Supporting the Team Leader Operations with daily operational coordination.

Thanks to your experience, you can quickly react when processes deviate from plan and ensure that operations continue without disruption.

You will work closely with operators, senior employees, drivers, and team leaders. As an experienced colleague, you are visible on the work floor and actively contribute to the team's performance.

We operate a continuous shift system. During the recruitment process, we will discuss which shifts best suit your situation. Available shifts include:

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)
• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day Shift)
• 13:00 - 21:30 (Outbound)

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,517.12 and €3,574.03, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• A full-time position of 38.75 hours per week.
• Attractive shift allowances:
  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00;
  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00;
  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;
  • 100% on public holidays.

What do you bring?

• A minimum VMBO-GL/TL/LBO level of education or equivalent working and thinking level.
• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or operational environment.
• Good command of the English language is required. Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Experience with operational processes and quality control.
• A coaching and team-oriented attitude.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain an overview.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts within our operation.
