Zusammenfassung

IDM is seeking a Team Leader Inbound Logistics to coordinate receipt, processing and storage of incoming materials and reusable packaging. You will lead up to 15 employees across two shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00) and ensure efficient workflows, safety, and accurate stock control in a high-tech packaging environment.

You will oversee unloading, inspection, registration, and storage while coordinating with production, planning, quality and supply chain teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven logistics and team leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience using ERP, WMS and other logistics systems.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Experience coaching and developing operational teams.
• Certificates for forklift, reach truck, electric pallet truck and stacker, or willingness to obtain them.
• A practical leadership style and strong communication skills.
• Availability for full-time work in two shifts.
• Driving license is preferred.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.

As a Team Leader Inbound Logistics, you will coordinate the receipt, processing and storage of incoming materials and reusable packaging. You will lead up to 15 employees, manage priorities and maintain an organized warehouse. You will work 40 hours per week in a 2-shift system: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00. Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop inbound logistics employees.
• Supervise unloading, inspection, registration and storage.
• Maintain accurate stock records and system administration.
• Plan staffing and adjust priorities throughout the shift.
• Monitor warehouse safety, quality and housekeeping.
• Improve workflows and coordinate with production, planning, quality and supply chain teams.

• Gross salary: €2,900–€3,500 gross per month
• 18% shift allowance when working shifts
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
• Overtime possibilities for additional income
• Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
