Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking a Team Lead Logistics Inbound in Veldhoven to coordinate daily inbound flows at one of our production/service locations. You will lead a team of up to 15 staff, ensuring timely receiving, processing, and storage of goods and materials.

You will monitor workload, capacity, and performance, removing bottlenecks and maintaining a safe warehouse environment. The role offers growth opportunities and a chance to shape core processes within our expanding supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics and team leadership within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and other logistics systems.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience coaching and developing operational teams.
• Certified or willing to obtain forklift, reach truck, EPT and stacker certifications.
• Full-time availability (40 hours) and willingness to work in a two-shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of inbound logistics employees.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, registration, and storage activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and correct system administration.
• Coordinate workforce planning and operational priorities throughout the shift.
• Monitor safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
