Job description

As a logistics employee, you help keep the logistics process running smoothly. You handle goods with care and make sure everything is ready for shipment. Your main tasks include:

1. Handling goods: Loading, unloading, moving, and preparing products for delivery.
2. Keeping order: Scanning materials, checking inventory, and organizing the workplace.
3. Following rules: Working safely, following instructions, and using protective gear when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Approximately 3+ years of work-experience in a logistic environment;
2. Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level;
3. Driving license (car) is preferred;
4. Available for working 2 shifts;
5. Soft-skills that match with the company culture: team player, proactive, and motivated.

Employment terms:

1. Gross salary of €14,27 per hour excluding 118% shift allowance;
2. Resulting in a salary approximately between €480 and €500 netto per week based on a 40-hour working week;
3. A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions;
4. Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
5. Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations;
6. Building up your pension from the first day of work;
7. You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
8. 8.33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May;
9. Health insurance.

Housing & Transport:

1. Clean, safe, and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
2. In our housing, you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
3. Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
4. Transport to and from work is arranged by Maintec.
