IDM is recruiting a Team Leader Cleaning in Schijndel to coordinate daily activities for a team of 15–25 employees. You will be on the shop floor, ensuring cleanliness, quality and safety standards while working 40 hours per week in a two-shift system (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00).

In this full-time role you will lead, train and develop the team, organize workloads, monitor progress and drive improvements using Lean and 5S.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in production, logistics, cleaning or a cleanroom environment.
• Experience with workforce planning and daily operational coordination.
• Strong spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S or other continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to follow strict quality, safety and hygiene standards.
• An approachable leadership style and clear communication.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.
• Driving license is preferred.
• European Union citizenship (mandatory).

• Gross salary: €2,900–€3,900 gross per month
• 18% shift allowance when working shifts
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
• Overtime possibilities for additional income
• Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
