Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Groningen seeks a Team Leader for the 3 or 4-shift production team. You will guide the line with data-driven decision making, ensure safety, quality, and training adherence, and drive continuous improvements across operators and teams.

You will coach staff, manage KPIs, and collaborate with QA, PPD and maintenance to optimize performance and product quality in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• ≥3 years of experience in a GxP environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee production according to procedures and safety standards.
• Realize planned production volume using KPI-based management.
• Lead daily management meetings and provide data to production leaders.
