Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Groningen is seeking a Team Leader for 3-4 shift operations in a GMP environment. You will guide a 60-80 FTE team, focusing on performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes data-driven leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with QA and Maintenance to maintain high standards and productivity. English and Dutch communication are required, and development of team members is a priority.

Qualifications

• ≥ 3 years of experience in a GxP environment with knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 standards
• Knowledge of relevant work regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office; fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations according to standard procedures and safety/quality norms
• Lead daily management meetings and provide data to production leaders and support functions
• Support cross-functional collaboration with QA, PPD and Technical Service during shifts
• Identify deviations and bottlenecks, determine root causes, and ensure effective follow-up
• Demonstrate visibility on the shop floor and coach team members for development and improvement
