Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Team Leader in Groningen to guide a 60–80 FTE production team in a 3- or 4-shift environment. You will drive performance using data, lead daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and develop people through coaching and change management.

You will partner with QA, PPD and maintenance to sustain efficiency, resolve deviations, and implement improvements across GMP-compliant manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Opleidingsniveau: Werk- en denkniveau op HBO ( bachelor) niveau.
• Werkervaring: Ervaring in leidinggevende functies (supervisor).
• Kennis van GMP en ISO 13485 normen.

Responsibilities

• Toezien op de uitvoering van werkzaamheden volgens standaardprocedures en bedrijfsnormen.
• Realiseren van het geplande productievolume volgens KPI's.
• Leiden van het Daily Management overleg en productieleiders.
• Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
• Zorgen voor training en kwalificaties van operators.
• Aandragen van verbeterinitiatieven en effectieve probleemoplossing.
