Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a proactive Teamleader in Eindhoven, Netherlands (Eindhoven 2 (G)). The role involves leading a team, coordinating with supervisors, and reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The position operates in a two-shift system (6am–3pm and 2pm–11pm), Monday to Friday, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and process improvement. Ideal candidates have at least three years in a similar leadership role, strong English communication skills, and working knowledge of WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a leading role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance; coach associates.
• Manage coordinators and help them grow within their role.
• Instruct, inform, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Lead start-up activities with cross-functional teams.
• Make recommendations regarding hires, evaluations, and promotions.
• Ensure work instructions are up to date and followed.
• Drive continuous improvement in the department.
