Job summary

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions in Son en Breugel is seeking a Team Lead to coach a small team across nine warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory and issue resolution. You will identify bottlenecks, manage fixed and flexible staff, and work with a Coordinator to drive improvements.

You are a hands-on leader with an analytical mindset, able to maintain control across multiple processes, and communicate clearly at all levels with empathy and a results-driven attitude.

What can you expect?

As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for a several small customers and managing small team in dynamic operations across 9 warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and issue resolution. You identify bottlenecks and irregularities and report them when necessary.

You’ll manage both fixed and flexible staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, planning, and monitoring.

Together with Coordinator, you’ll drive continuous improvements and ensure operational targets are met.
