As a Team Lead TypeScript, you build and lead a team that excels at delivering high-quality and cost-effective software. You help team members set clear goals and choose smart approaches to achieve them. Together, you provide technical solutions that delight our customers.

What does a Team Lead TypeScript at Coolblue do?

As a Team Lead Typescript, you lead a multidisciplinary team of 3-7 Coolblue colleagues. You are not only the team captain but also a hands‑on developer, spending 75-80% of your time coding, engaging in technical discussions, making architectural decisions, and doing pair programming. Together with the product owner, customer journey specialist, designer, and analyst, you guide the team in the right direction. You ensure code quality by applying best practices and conducting code reviews, while continuously looking for ways to improve collaboration and productivity. You foster an open culture where feedback is the norm, so new team members feel at home quickly. Together, you build software that delights our customers.
