What does a Backend Developer Typescript do at Coolblue?

At Coolblue, you'll be part of a tight-knit, multicultural team of 3-7 developers, taking on the role of an experienced Backend Developer Typescript. Working in an agile environment, you and your team own the end-to-end development of specific website features and the microservices behind them. You’ll regularly brainstorm with Customer Journey Specialists and UX/UI Designers to build solutions that wow our customers. Your day-to-day includes diving into pull requests, doing code reviews, and pairing up with teammates to deliver clean, efficient code.

You enjoy doing this

• Writing TypeScript code.
• Writing automated tests such as Unit tests, Integration tests or End-to-End tests.
• Working in a cloud environment with AWS Services such as Lambda, SNS + SQS, DynamoDB, S3 and Cloudfront.
• Solving problems by using diligent best practices and principles, such as SOLID and design patterns.
• Working in Microservice architectures.

• Money.Depending on your experience and skills, it will range between €3,700 and €6,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week).
