Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Waalwijk is seeking a Team Leader Logistics Returns to lead the returns process, drive recovery, and ensure high-quality handling on a daily basis. You will guide your team on the shop floor and collaborate with our Bol partner to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.

The role is full-time, reports to the Operations Manager, and is based at the Bol Returns Center in Waalwijk. A competitive Dutch salary, holiday allowance, and pension plan are offered.

Qualifications

• You have completed an MBO-level education.
• Several years of experience in a managerial or coordinating role.
• You are a true people manager who is customer-focused, result-oriented, and proactive.
• Fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• You are available full-time, which for us means 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Full focus on the recovery and quality of the returns process.
• Proposing improvements to logistics processes.
• Performing measurements, creating reports, and conducting analyses.
• Optimal deployment of people and resources to achieve objectives.
• Monitoring daily operations and adjusting when necessary.
• Conducting performance and appraisal interviews, and supervising absence management.
