Qualifications

• Work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding.
• Solid level of English, both spoken and written.
• Own transportation due to limited public transport.
• Available full-time and able to work day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, and motivate a team of 20–25 Operators and Flex workers.
• Identify and solve problems in the workplace.
• Prepare for efficient execution of work within sub-processes.
• Suggest process improvements in consultation with supervisor.
• Report progress of work to the supervisor.
