Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Waalwijk seeks a Team Leader Logistics Returns to lead a team handling returns with a strong focus on recovery and quality. You guide colleagues on the shop floor, ensure timely decisions, and drive KPIs to maximize customer satisfaction. You report to the Operations Manager and work at the Returns Center in Waalwijk.

You will collaborate with our bol partner to maintain service levels, coach staff through change, and manage performance while keeping goals in sight.

Qualifications

• Completed an MBO-level education.
• Several years of experience in a managerial or coordinating role.
• True people manager with a customer-focused, result-oriented, proactive approach.
• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Available full-time (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Full focus on recovery and quality of the returns process.
• Propose improvements to logistics processes.
• Perform measurements, create reports, and conduct analyses.
• Optimal deployment of people and resources to achieve objectives.
• Monitor daily operations and adjust when necessary.
• Conduct performance and appraisal interviews, and supervise absence management.

YOUR ROLE

As a Team Leader Logistics Returns, you and your teamare responsible forprocessing all returns from bol., with a primary focus on recovery and ensuring high-quality returns handling. You exceed expectations every day, starting with your team. You enjoy guiding people through change, showing genuine attention to their development, while keeping goals and results firmly in sight. Above all, youhave the personality tomaintainoversight and make the right decisions in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment. You approach every situation with a problem-solving mindset and are service-oriented and quality-driven in everything you do.

To achieve this, you arefrequentlypresent on the shop floor,monitoringprocesses andadjustingwhere needed. You distribute tasks and set priorities, always aiming to achieve KPIs that lead tomaximumcustomer satisfaction. As a Team Leader, you work in close collaboration with our partner bol. This role takes place during regular working hours. You report to the Operations Manager and are based at the bol. Returns Center in Waalwijk.
