Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk, Netherlands, seeks a Logistics Team Leader to lead a 20-strong operator team and 2–4 coordinators in a highly automated distribution center. You will drive KPI achievement, optimize overall processes, and report to the Control Room Manager from the Bleiswijk base.

You will manage performance, develop staff, and coordinate with Control Room to balance numbers, ratios, and planning. English proficiency required; full-time with two shifts (potentially three).

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse/Control Room setting.
• Full-time availability and flexible shifts (2 or 3 shifts).
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating employees in your team.
• Leading the daily operation and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans.
• Making the right decisions for an optimal overall process in collaboration with your colleagues and the Control Room.
• Optimizing the efficiency of people, resources, and machines.
• Making improvement proposals with regard to the logistics process.
• Conducting measurements, making reports and analyses.
• Conducting performance and appraisal interviews, absenteeism guidance.
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
