Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk is seeking a Team Coordinator Operations to lead a sub-process within a highly mechanized fulfillment center serving Europe\'s fashion leader, Zalando. You will supervise a team of operators and flex workers, ensuring smooth unloading/receiving, stowing/picking or packing/expedition.

You will work closely with the Team Lead and Control Room to drive performance, develop people, and coordinate daily operations across three shifts in a 24/6 operation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are key traits.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Own transportation is mandatory due to limited public transport.
• Available to work full-time and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide and motivate the Operator and Flex worker team.
• Identify and solve workplace problems.
• Prepare for efficient execution within the sub-process.
• Implement process improvements in consultation with the Team Leader.
• Report progress and outcomes to the Team Leader.
